This year, I have once again joined the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps on its annual exercise, ARCADE FUSION 15. Whereas previous iterations of the exercise were held at St Mawgan in Cornwall, this year the ARRC deployed to the Baltics to ‘tests the headquarters’ ability to control simulated troop formations within a challenging and dynamic fictional scenarios’.
